I hope someone can help me with this.

My boss uses crystal reports to look at certain information in a program called insight.

He prefers to export the contents of the database into excel where he can look at them in a more clear manner there.

The problem is, not all the rows are being imported into excel. He is expecting 17000 but only get about 16000.

Any ideas?
