Which company is providing the merchant services? Website URL? The info you provided is just not enough. Please provide the URL link.

Also, 5% + $1 isn't a good rate for a merchant account. Normally merchant accounts charge lower (since you need to buy/lease their web terminal software).

Oh, even third party CC processing is cheaper than your rates.

I believe what he mentioned is called Verza as what he used on his site. And the rate is 4.9% + 0.99 USD.
