Why does it take 3 hours to reboot a server?

RS doesnt take 3 hours to reboot a server.

It takes 2 hours 50 minutes for the host to wake up and realise a server is down, then 10 minutes for RS to reboot the box.

Not really.. it was still atleast two hours after Jon's first post (though he could have been on earlier) before it was running.

I even asked rackshack why they werent rebooting it and all they could say was "We can not discuss any servers other than the ones you may own"
