Dedicated 08-14-2001, 06:13 PM OK .. I have been waiting for my server from Pagasus - Pwebtech.com for more than 15 days and no news.
Would you wait more than 15 days for a server with no special specification. ....... :mad:

I would say 3-7 days max. 2-weeks is too long for server that's not a special order.

Did contact them and when I ordered they said it will take a week now almost 3 weeks and no news.

I agree with you. I signed with them because I have read a lot of good things about them in WHT.

Chicken 08-14-2001, 09:10 PM It is a bit long, probably longer than I'd wait unless there wasn't a rush. If there isn't a rush to get the box, and you don't *need* it, then you might want to hang in there, otherwise, you'll have to look elsewhere.
shiphq 08-14-2001, 09:59 PM I emailed their sales department on clarifying their 99.9% uptime guarentee. It took them 20 hours to respond to a simple question! I wouldn't be surprised if they take forever setting up your dedicated servers.

JBIZ718 08-14-2001, 10:27 PM I find that this is a bit irritating because this company has slammed mine for taking 5 business days to complete a server order, and now they are taking 2 weeks.
What goes around comes around,
I hope for the customers sake they fix there problems or refund some money, and i guess overall do the right thing

mahinder 08-15-2001, 04:36 AM did they give you any guarantee regarding setup time ?. you can claim them some days free (or one month) free since they did not honor there words.
anyway i think they have got lots of orders and they not able to execute them. but id doesn't make them bad company. yes if they do provide you bad support (delay and over charges you etc) when your server is up and running then it make them bad.
actually they lack planning when they make offer they should be well prepared for it. i know other people who ordered with you have got there servers. some body have to be compromised and fortunately that one is you.

I would like to know the answer for that ..... unless they are going to make you wait for 3 weeks.
mahinder I have not said they are a bad company and I am sure they are one of the best but the fact is I have to wait for 3 weeks and no server.

yes this is really bad. i think anyone from Pegasus should come to this thread and answer this otherwise it will be stain on there reputation.
ijordan 08-19-2001, 04:52 AM I don't think a company should be allowed to make another offer if they have not honored their first offer. There is no way I will wait for that time.
