There is a large amount of info on them here, do a search at the top of the page.

I have used them and found their service very good.

here is another satisfied olm.net customer :) i have been using them for the last 2 years.

I started out as a OLM reseller and the experience was very good.

The only reason I moved away from OLM was due to their dedicated server plans not fitting my needs.

I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I also hosted a domain with them and found their support/service to be very good. I moved to another host because their plans were more suitable for what I needed, but would recommend OLM.

OLM kicks butt. The only reason I'm not going with them now is that I can get a less-expensive dedicated server elsewhere. If I had the money, I'd CERTAINLY go with them. I was a shared hosting client of theirs for over a year and had literally zero down time. I am very impressed with them.
