We have at our company a problem with calls going awol and getting annoyed customers ringing back saying we havent called. Of course the boss blames everyone else yet its him who doesnt take note of the calls. Current way is to mail the relevant person when there is a new call. I wanted though a web based call logging system so we can read the calls whilst in another office (trying to make alot of our systems remotly accessable via a standard net connection). I have had some very kind person make me one but it isnt really what I am after. One way i thought about was to use a forum for each person and got the person to log each call in a new post. The person who the call is for then has mod rights to delete or close the post. Bit long winded for an average person to use though. Anyone use or know of any software that might help me?
