Where's the option "Your worse nightmare"? I am sure some people would have voted so :D

But seriously, most people had many problems with their network, support and billing.

Hey. I'm UK based too. I've had nothing but problems with *****. They bill me for things I don't get, their techs don't answer the questions I've asked, they couldnet even manage to register a bloody domain. If you want to know what level of service you get from customer services, try their monsterchat. It'll say there's one agent staffed, and give a wait time, but you'll never be answered.

***** = No go.

There are a couple of special offers in the "Special Offers" Forum that are well priced, and would suit your needs...

Don't go near ***** - they are BAD!!!!!!!

But, then again, if you like zilch support, rude staff, and being grossly overcharged, go with them.
