Please with it, they just need to add an API for live domain registration and the product will be complete. I also understand they are going to a new "Ticket" System for clients opening trouble tickets. I had problems with the signup process (plan charges would set themselves to zero), windows automation didn't work. Support responses would take days and then they would ask a question that is already answered in the post. I even signed up for the professional install to try to fix the problem, but he never did it. :angry: I switched to modernbill, it is much more granular and allows a finer level of customization. They support more control panels and more gateways... unless I missed a page on the ubersmith.com site, the only control panel I saw in the demo was cPanel and only 4 processors supported. Do you know if they support Plesk or Paypal?
