Just to let everybody here on WHT knows, the problems I have with NationHosts and Nocster have been solved, Nocster have proved to be a great company and I would like to thank SMA, Sean R. and Jason A. for all their help on the past weekend.

My server is up and runing, with the requested OS, I haven't been charged for nothing and the reinstall was done sucefully.
