But, I would recommend MB. Then get EdgePanel for your support system. With Edge, you can do a nightly import of client information, or even hourly if you want... There is a lot and its a hard choice, but I think I have made my mind up. Kayako looks awesome, looks like something the clients will enjoy, and has all the features I need. I do have to say, there are many of good Helpdesk and Billing options, but my main reason for this choice is that they can be combined to work together.
