Did some one heard about rackshack's forum well I just visited http://forum.rackshack.net and found that finally rackshack guys are now committing them to serve their customers better. Nice move ...and gud thing for all rackshack's customers so now we all have a chance to bash and pamper rackshack for all bad and good they do :D ;)

Yeah thats right...I've always read so much good and bad about rackshack on this forum ..but then i decided to give a try ...and here I'm today...with rackshack . I just signed up a server with them and found that their support (to me;)) till now is wonderful :) I requested two additional Ip's for my nameservers and within 3 hours I got my IP's ...Its gud to see that rackshack is learning and converting the criticism and their past mistakes to become better and better . Some people really love to bash them but I find that if they are not perfect atleast they are committed to become ..I recently saw the Post of Rackshack's CEO on WHT and man that impressed me !!! how many ceo's ever take such initiatives to come face to face to their customers..and asking for suggestions and feedback in public. then 24 hours support is great ..I've tried and found that their are always two or three rackshack persons to support ..might be coz they have integrated their ev1.net operations ;) ..but then its a vision..lots many people have nono to say about rackshack but perhaps they got their experiences while rackshack was still in learning ..but now the launching of this forum does proves that these guys means business and are serious about it ...So lets wish all the best to them coz they are the people who made dedicated hosting simple and possible for everone ..Cheers for them :)

Thanks to all for your comments. We do make mistakes but I believe that, more importantly, we learn from our past problems.

If you do more research on past posts on this forum, I think you will find a significant improvement of user experiences over the past 6 months.

It was a suggestion in this forum that led me to add the forum at our site. Such a simple and cheap thing, every hosting company should have one.

However, it will do NO good if we do not adequately monitor, support, and respond there so I have placed incentives to our techs to monitor and respond to posts.

When they have gone above and beyond, they will be rewarded. This should help the forum to grow and serve its purpose.

Thanks again,

Robert Marsh

Just two weeks ago I moved my site from *****s to Rackshack...I only wish I would have done it earlier.

I've popped in 3x to the Chat forums there, and within minutes was able to get help from the staff. Outstanding job!

Your rackshack forums are hosted on a Raq, correct?
The forums seem to load pretty fast, of course vB is PHP and i'll be using IB...but at least I know a Raq can handle a forum.
