Hey everyone, i have a problem with AllProHost.com. A few months ago, the hosting company i was using sold off their reseller accounts to AllProHost.com. After getting the notification, i notified my hosting provider that i will not be moving to AllProHost.com. In a few days i get billed by AllProHost. The bill did not even contain any information on hosting. AllProHost notified me through email (AOL account, by the way) and asked to give them a try. After going back and fourth, i agreed to try them out and asked them to give me the plan details and all the info i need to get to my websites. The next week brought more trouble and after not being able to log into my control panel or ftp accounts and a notification that i will have to change dns servers for all my domains, i told AllProHost that i think everything has been extremely unprofessional so far and that i do not wish to use their service 100%. The guy i was exchanging emails (he continued emailing me from his AOL account by the way), started saying that i can not 'NOT' use them as my account was 'bought'. I asked him to show me a contract or any bit of information that states that i even gave permission to move me from my previous host. I did not even have a signed contract or agreement with my hosting company and was paying on a monthly basis. AllProHost continued pushing the line and i simply told them that since i have not used their service for even 1 second, i would like them to refund what they charged me and stop billing me. At that point, they simply quit responding to my emails. The never gave me a phone number and any and all of my attempts to find anything out went unanswered. AllProHost continued to charge my credit card (may i remind you that i never authorized them to use it in the first place) every month and still continue to do so. Meanwhile, i neve used their service, not for a second, they have not even given me my account info so that i could login at least once. I have been hosted with another company and am paying for my hosting every month. None of my domains and/or websites have every been hosted by AllProHost.com and never will be.

If anyone has the contact information for these people i would be greatfull if you could give me a phone number. They owe me for several months (each month they continue to charge me $30) and i would like them to give me back my money and stop charging me.

For all those even thinking of getting hosting service from AllProHost.com - let this be a warning. Never even consider it. They are a complete fraud.

do a search here on WHT about not-so-prohost.com and you'll find the answers why to stay away from them.

If they are billing you from their paypal account, stop the recuring transaction asap and file a complaint with PayPal

if they used 2co, go to their site and submit the transaction id and go fight the transaction (I did both with success some time ago). Also consider to file a complaint about his poor "business" strategy he runs

Hope this helps a bit

Erik.
