ugh.. There are a TON of hosts that allow you to resell their services... My suggestion (if you are just starting) give yourself a nice low budget, and go to rackshack, get a dedicated server with a decent amount of band and resell space on the deda..

But definatly start with a low budget... Get a feel for the market first.

So like to ask whether where can i get a delicated server with a low setup and monthly fee?

If I buy a delicated server how much static Ip do I have on my box?

i have 3words for you.

MCHost, MChost, and MCHost.

If you want flexible reseller packages (which allow you to customize your own plans, and prices), then there
really is no other way to go.

I have just reading their plan for reseller and never see any extra charges if we exceed the transfer rate so what is the cost for the extra transfer ?

Starter Plan @ $35/month
Host Unlimited Domains
500MB Disk Space
5GB Data Transfer

Standard Plan @ $40/month
Host Unlimited Domains
500MB Disk Space
7GB Data Transfer

does that mean 2gb for $5/month Lol

Please help me out

Have a nice day

p/s. does all domain host on the same IP ?

Additional GBs of bandwidth are $5 per GB - or you can upgrade at any time to a higher plan. And yes, all domains are name-based (hosted on the same IP address), however all reseller accounts include a static IP address for your domain and 2 IP addresses for your own nameservers (ns1 and ns2.domain.com). :)

well excuse me. what if he don't know how to manage dedicated servers and lots of techincal stuff with it. Also not to mention cobalt servers lack security and are easy to hack. this is one of the reason we don't host on cobalts. search the internet for cobalt hacks and you will find cobalt are very easy for hackers to get into.
