Anyone know what is the average charges for email hosting?

Hmm, not sure about ones that charge but services like everyone.net offers free email hosting. There are quite a number out there. Try a search for 'free email hosting' and/or 'email hosting'.

Does any now know a good hosting company that i can be a reseller? I have a website hosting at www.hostiva.com and still thinking whether is it good for me to sign up as a reseller there. Any comments ?

Why not just rent your own RAQ at rackshack...

$99 or something like that.

It because i'm new in this line and trying to learn to be a web hoster and i think reseller plan will be much suit to be coz i don ready know much abt web hosting.

to tell you the truth, managing a RAQ is pretty easy.

They have an admin panel that you would be able to access, from that you can set up domains for your clients, etc.

Much easier to use, especially for a beginner... IIS is a little harder yet extremely easy, and linux is a toughy, for me anyway.
