If you are buying impressions of ads, always create a dedicated landing page for the referral site. Makes the visitor feel as though they are moving more seamlessly from one site to another plus it's more personal.

And never use anything like eZula or TopText for your advertising campaign. Check out the following thread to see why in case you haven't heard about this already...

This is just my opinion, of course, but the companies that use spyware aren't being treated too nicely.:D
