I have searched but have not found anything about how to add a header to sendmail (thats is included in all outgoing mail) that read something like:
report abuse to: abuse@mydomain.net

I cannot condone the use of sendmail, but this post (http://www.cm.nu/~shane/lists/comp.mail.sendmail/2002-01/0129.html) looks promising.

You should also make sure that your contact information is on file for all your domains at abuse.net (http://abuse.net/), and if you have any networks SWIPed to you by ARIN, you should have abuse contacts listed for them.
