Try contacting your host provider...
Usually there's some way to use the base URL for the server/service and the username to access the site:
eg. www.yourhost.com/~yourusername/
It depends on how they have their system setup...
Hope that helps.

If you have a hosting account that supports a domain name why not just buy a domain? You can get a domain for $12 or less now so the expense is not much to worry about.

You can get cheap domain names at
www.namecheap.com
www.powerpipe.com
www.godaddy.com
www.000domains.com
most of them 8.88-10.00 USD/year.

oh wait, im sorry, that wont work because you dont have a domain. Im sorry, I guess I had the wrong idea... Domains are cheap, $9.99 at registerfly.com, and no static IP? Thats pretty weak, id look for another host.

This is an easy one...
Using IE, go into "tools" + "Internet Options" + "Connections" + "Lan Settings"
Then Check "Use a Proxy Server" for the address put in your host's IP or your nameserver's IP, Port 80.
If your domain is set up on your host's side, then you should be able to type in your domain and be able to view it.
Because what you are doing essentially is using your hosts network as your primary means of a connection... However, you cannot view the rest of the internet, only sites hosted by your host..
Hope this was helpful
