I have seen several posts on the forum about webhosting companies for sale and was wondering how people came up with the values for their companies. Mainly I was curious to find out what people have sold or purchased dedicated server/ colocation companies for and how do you come up with an accurate valuation.

I am basing my value based on lack there of sleep.

Every hour has a dollar amount, and then i calculate that times days nights and weeks. Weekends are time and a half, and that is the value
