How is Colo4dallas.com facility working out? I have a friend that is looking to move a couple racks down there. Pros/Cons?

Colo4dallas's facility is great, and the people down there are nice, but they dont employee anyone who knows anything about computers :) they call them remote hands, but its difficult to even walk them through a reboot.

Luckily we employee our own onsite techs down there and our own engineers down there so we dont talk to the people that run colo4dallas very often. We facilitate the colo4dallas customers as well, so if you decide to colocate with colo4dallas instead of us :( and you have a technical problem, it will probally be our staff fixing it :)

Thanks for the info, I will pass it on. No, my friend's company is in Dallas so the support should not be an issue. It's a cluster farm for their web apps.
