Well Im more looking into paying them as I go, like I pay them for a website then I have there Contact info then when I need them again I contact them and pay them, and I will PM you in the morning cause that site is awesome that is what I am looking for, by all means this dosn't mean that I am done looking though so if there is anyone else out there that want to help please let me know

It does seem a little strange for a "design" company to be using an unmodified template for their own site.
