Just found a great software package, PHPTriad, that I wanted to share. The software is an executable that installs PHP, MySQL, Apache, PHPMyAdmin, and Perl on a windows machine in about 15 seconds (I am not exaggerating). If you've wanted to do development on your desktop, but didn't want to deal with installation first, you no longer have an excuse. The software is available at http://www.phpgeek.com/phptriad.php.
