Hello, I've been reading up the forums and checking out the hates and no hates, and hte problems us small web providers face. So, it looks like that allot of you are trying to outsource your support when your not able to take calls. Well, me and 3 other partners are thinking of starting up a ISP out-sourcing service to handle phone/email inquiries for your clinets. I just want to check to see how many of you would be intersted in signing up, and what kind of pricing scale would you guys like to see. SO, lets hear your input of what you would like to see, and mabe all you web hosters can help build the company that you want to service you :)

I know Cylinx does the same thing. They seem to be doing pretty good, however, all their support techs reside outside the country in Asia. this probably cuts the cost down tremendously.
