Does anyone know about any changes over there? I have plan #4... When I signed up, it was 99MB with 20GB bandwidth for $9.25 a month. The other day I was looking at their plans and I noticed that plan #4 is now listed as 200MB of space for the same price. My control panel still says that I'm only allowed 99MB so I was wondering what I have... If the plan increased, should I not have the addtional space since I'm paying the same amount as newcomers, or is it just something that needs fixed?

Have you contacted them about this?

you're getting what you signed up for.. i'm not surprised.
though i would be [& i'm sure you would, too] if they'd decreased the plan disk-space & then implemented it on your account.
why should it be any different either way?
i guess what i'm saying is.. don't expect to get your space upgraded.

Good eye. Don't expect your space to be upgraded. If you signed up under a long term deal, 6 months- 1 year, thats the hosting plan you are getting.
I too signed up for tera-byte plan #4. Lucky for me, I only signed up for the monthly plan. I wanted to wait and test the waters before I shelled out 99.00 for a whole year.

I've been paying monthly... All I could afford to do when I first signed up. I e-mailed them and it sounds like it can be increased.

That's ridiculous... If that was the case, what's to stop me from simply cancelling my service and then signing up again? :D

I think lovelie just missed the fact that you were on a monthly plan.
If you were on a monthly plan; your original question needn't be posed. As you are absolutely correct that you could have merely cancelled and then repurchased.
But, the fact that you asked, may lead one to assume that you were on a yearly plan and were using the monthly rates as an example.
Glad to hear you have it worked out though.:D
send an email to support@tera-byte.com tell them your domain name and they will upgrade your account to reflect the new size limits on the plans
