I would like to know if there is a way to have a small program or Internet Explorer itself to autostart itself when a system is booted up and run as a service (unseen). This is meant to load as a site in the background with log in via cookie.

This is NOT a spyware request, I just need to get some systems to auto login into a PostNuke portal whenever they are switched on so as to see their on/off state via the log in status from the portal.
