I have an age verification page here (http://www.freechatnow.com/generalage.html) and it's made in javascript, but my ad banner is interferring with it, so I need the page basically re-done with php.

How it works: if a person is 12 years of age or under it sends them to one page, and if they are 13 years or older it sends them to another page.
