Hi guys. I'm from Asia. I am trying to fax a document over to rackshack. I try to dial 1 and follow by their number. Thing doesn't work out right. May i know what is the number should i dial instead? Please help. Thanks.

I think you may need the country code. I'm not sure what it is. Anyone?

Depending on your country you will have to dial "001 number" or "01 number".

My wife says that you'd have to find out the three digit code to get out of your country. According to her, depending on the phone company you use there, it could be a couple of different numbers.

I know from Sweden do any country it is 00 + country code + phone number. Country code for US and Canada is 1, Germany is 49, Sweden is 46, etc.

I will try using 00 + 1 + phone number method. Hope it work.
