I'm a used to be customer of digi-wave.com
After almost 2 weeks hosting with them I moved. They have horrible tech support that takes them forever to answer. Their CGI wasnt working at the time. Not only that but when I canceled, in addition to being slow, they aren't refunding my money, despite their 30 Day money back guarantee.
I received an email from their, I believe it was manager, asking me why I want to cancel, I hit reply but my email bonced telling me my message wasn't delivered. I emailed billing and they told me I have to wait ten days for refund. That was on the 17th of August. Its now September the 6th. My emails went unanswered, money aren't in the bank account.
DO NOT sign-up with these people unless you like to wait for responce, and belive me it takes a loong time, especially when there's not a control panel.

Jigg, if you made a payment using your credit card, give your bank a ring and request a chargeback on the purchased item, then issue a (snail mail if e-mail's not working) letter to Digi-Wave (based in Georgia) stating you're recouping your money. Then take it from there. Good luck.

Definitely do a charge back with your credit card company or bank. There is no reason anyone should have to wait and not receive an answer in a reasonable time frame.

Did they offer the money-back guarantee in their contract or just with the ripped-off seal? If it is not in their contract, they can “technically” not honor it. However, that would be false advertising – which is illegal in most states.

Frank Rietta

Weeell

I did get my money back after 3 weeks of promices.
However it didn't go with the usual problems.
Instead of putting back $29.95 in my account, they took $29.95 and did an overdraft, thankfully I had overdraft protection. So I called them and told them how PO I was. They appologised, and well after 3 days I had $59.90 back.
Now I am looking for a new host, and boy am I doing my homework x5 :)

jigg, register! Once you do it, you can:

-edit your posts!
-hang out here all day
-say, "I'm a member of WHT!" (impresses the ladies)

Registration is a painless process (far more painless than having your eyes pecked out by parakeets)...
