Hello I am the proud owner of www.********.com I would like to know if what happened recently is normal. A client complained that his password doesn't work for his hosting account...so I try and login using my normal infomation, and that doesn't work either. Last night I reset my password to ******, using the username and password i signed up my dedicated server with the WHM won't login...what should i do?

are you saying your root password doesnt work?

If your root password was changed and you dont know why then you were probably hacked.

The first thing to do when you get a new dedicated server is change all the passwords.

Contact your datacenter or wherever you bought the server and they should be able to help you.
