WTH is going on with these people?
All I want to do is add Discover card to my account. I can't get in contact with them, becuse they have an answering service taking calls, and it turns out that it's run by a man and his wife.
Now I signed up with www.modernauthorize.net in January of 2003! (whom by the way is a reseller of the reseller, e-onlinedata.com)
I could have sworn that I called Authorize.net to add AMEX to my account earlier this year, now when I call THEM, they tell me they can't do it(add Discover). That's right! I specifically gave them my AMEX merchant ID earlier this year and they added it!
Now, this is why I do not like working between parties, because I like doing business with the person actually providing the service, not some second hand reseller!
Now I'm stuck with Discover debiting my account for an application fee and I can't even add them to my account.
--- Not to mention, I can't even log into Discoverbiz.com, because the fools send you out a password, which I never got in my welcome letter, and the username they told me was my email address doesn't even work......ARGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!---
Authorize.net support tells me to then call the Merchants tech support dept VTech at: 1-800 847-2772.... they can't do anything, because they only deal with the transactions..
I would think that AUTHORIZE.NET, since they are the one who provides the service can make admin changes to ANY account!
When you go to any resellers login page, you can login no matter who u signed up with...............????????????????
Who's the left foot and who's the right foot here? They sure don't work well together.
AUTHORIZE AT: 1-877 447-3938 (CAN'T ADD ANYTHING)
E-ONLINEDATA AT: 1-877 812-3668 is an answering service, and it's run by a man and his wife (prolly), and they will get back to you.
I refuse to send email correspndance, because I want to talk to a human on the phone.
I don;t run my business by email and I sure as hell am not sending a merchant ID thru email. So, e-onlinedats if u r reading this, you'd better get into shapoe and start answering the support line....NOW!
What to do?
Thanks for the vent,
David K.
