Never heard of them before, but no biggie there.

However, when you take a look at their hosting plans:

Standard features you'll find in each hosting package include:

Unlimited Hits/Transfers

Try doing a search on these forums on "unlimited", "unlimited bandwidth" etc and hopefully, you'll understand why you should be careful of such companies who make such promises. They don't even have a ToS up where you can check for the fine print.

I know you are just trying to be helpful but each time I post here asking for experience and knowledge about a particular company, I receive a critique of that their web site says they offer. That is why I state that I want experience and information, “not opinions about their web site.” I understand people have varying opinions about each particular service a host offers and that is wonderful but it has little importance when discussing individual companies. You see, they might be a perfect host and offer wonderful support but assumptions made about their web site cast them unfairly in a negative light. That is why I am looking for first hand experience of knowledge about the company rather than supposition as that can be quite unfair and I have plenty of it on my own. ;)

Joe, I believe there is an active thread in the dedicated servers forum going at the moment, might help...

Chicken - thank you, that is most helpful. I am following that now also. I am not sure a dedicated server is within my skill set, though I came a quick learner, and am also inquiring so as to gather such knowledge in other threads.

Joe, I can say from first hand experience that someone over there is very responsive and helpful. Goes by the name of Clint.

Thanks. In my investigations I post in forums such as this, e-mail and call. Clint has been very nice. But, if you call ACS you often get an answering machine that has but one option, leave a message for Clint. He answers all the e-mail and such. Though he does this very well and I am sure offers great service (much of the feedback here supports this), it gives the impression that there is only Clint. I am sure this is not the case but I am still looking for my solution. It changes faster than I can post here. ;)
