Does anyone know where I can find the WHM Demo site where I can kinda preview how it looks and see how to setup sites. I've been looking around but was not able to find a site that shows the WHM but was able to find a site that shows the Cpanel. Also, does Cpanel come pre-installed with FP2000 Extentions, I looked throgh one Cpanel and didn't see a link for FP extentions. Thanks in advanced.

You can see the VenturesOnline WHM demo here (http://www.venturesonline.com/whm/) and the InterServer WHM demo here (http://interserver.net/whman/). You will most likely get the VenturesOnline version (not customized). As for FP, you can install/uninstall the extensions for each accounts via WHM.

Thanks, Out of your experience, is CPanel/WHM a more buggy software than Cobalt's Control panel. I know its more powerful but i don't know if its more reliable. Also, is burst.net a good place to get my Dedicated Server?

I never used Cobalt before, but from the demo, WHM/WebPanel (CPanel) has more features and functions than it. As for your provider, Burst has good prices. If you want to be VDI based, i suggest you InterServer (http://www.interserver.net/), they have some sweet deals especially on the dual 1ghz system and they are friendly.
