I operate a web hosting directory and want to use a web host's affiliate program to supliment revenue and was wanting recommendations from people using some. I only have two requirements and they are:

- must have option to pay with paypal
- $20+ per sale.

I pay by paypal and offer either a flat fee payment or percentage payment..

Flat fee is $3.00 per user each month for life of user, and the percentage amount is 20% of the sale each month for the life of user.

That could quickly surpass 20 per sale if the member stays long enough or if you go percentage, buys larger plan and stays awhile
