Yep i use them. Very good support (almost fanatacal at times!*) and they've not been down yet.

Would highly recomend them.

*I asked if they had any ideas why the dotster api wasn't working and they have spent ages loading it and trying to get it to work! Bit beyond the call of duty!

I don't use them but I have spoke with a guy from there by the name of Felix. He was very nice and the packages that they offer for resellers are outstanding. If you are looking for ecommerce they may be using Web+Shop in the near future.
