Has anyone been having trouble with making DNS changes at Registers.com? We have been attempting such a change for the past two days with the following result...

The problem we are still having with changing DNS is with REGISTRARS.COM

I was having a similar problem. I had to submit a change 30 times, no joke. Finally it took the change.
