At the moment, no. Only Invisionboard. In the near future I will be offering skins for both though.

There isn't much point of designing for phpBB 2.0.6 yet, as 2.2 is to be released within the upcomming months. I used to do skins for phpBB (freely downloadable), but have stopped over the last week or so after finding out.
