I need hosting Dedicated Linux server and Cpanel & WHM, Does some body can tell me those information .. please thank you

Yes, Above.NET has their own network, which covers most of the US. Above.NET are one of the most dependable NOC`s as they have more peering providers than anyone else.

Above.NET is often expensive, which is why you dont see resold servers.

voxel.net is on above.net I think. But you should get a good speed to europe and elsewhere with level3 as well. You'll find more level3 based hosts I think.

Too bad there aren't any dedicated prices on their site. I hate that in a host. Most of the time it means don't ask you need deep pockets :D

yes .. i has check level3.net form my country.. it's very fast.. :D
but i thank in my country to connect use , I use VisualRoute to tracert he.net is best .. only 10 ~12 hops
