because it's saying it full, and red light blinks in control panel, but it doesn't tell whats full because its not a website.

You can try moving things around (setting up symbolic links, etc.) though you always run the risk of screwing something up and flogging the whole box. This has been discussed before. I believe the reason is one of the log files taking up too much space.
