Could be 1-3 days. Do a "nslookup sub.domain.com yournameserver.com" from your RAQ or any Unix/NT/Win2K commandline if it's all ok.

Make sure you save changes to your DNS Server, but a subdomain should be instant right?

(sorry for my english)

I check the subdomain after 2-3 hours and is working

I believe that you can see immediately after you create it.... not after 2-3 hours

Make sure that the PC you are using to try to access the new site with is using the DNS server that you just updated and NOT your ISP's DNS server.

On Win9X:
Start->Settings->Control Panel->Network:
Double Click TCP/IP
Click the DNS Configuration tab
Under DNS Search Order make sure you have the IP address of your DNS server.

I think you'll see them immediately if you use wildcard dns, otherwise you have to wait a little bit.
