3) able to change complicated scripts and add new features.
4) some sense of HTML and design.
5) willing and able to show at least 3 scripts ( with admin section ) as samples.
6) able to integrate paypal and 2checkout into scripts using IPN.
7) able to devote at least 1 hour per day (sundays are essential) to project.
