These people are the BEST! I moved to them after months of HELL at ***** and don't regret even $0.01 spent on these new servers. OMG WHAT A DIFFERENCE! A REAL TECH SUPPORT TEAM! Even the servers are actually what you ordered! (Unlike with *****) They're 100% patched and IMMUNE from Code Red(so far..unless it mutates...also a MAJOR ***** problem...duh)

Dialtone actually replies to tickets! AND WITHIN 10 MINUTES! Even at 2AM! Anybody who uses ***** dedicated servers/colocation should HIGHLY consider moving to DI...you'll notice the difference as soon as you click 'Place Order'

DI is good, their support staff actually apologizes when they do something wrong, instead of trying to pass the buck(rare in this industry). Heh, if only they didn't charge $90/hr. for support....
