Anyone know anything about them (beyond what it says on their web site)?

I can read their web site also and that is why I asked for a bit more than a rehash of thier information. Experience would be good.

I already have such understanding. Again, I am seeking hard information or on MaceCom or expereince with them.

They also have pretty much had all their website work done for them by "Microsoft", what does this say about work ethics?

I understand you want feedback regarding this hosting company but it may also be possible that not everyone on this board is hosted by them, thus the responses you have already received. My suggestion would be to do a search on them to see what you find. From the look of their website they do not appear professional whatsoever. They have many spelling mistakes and also refer to FrontPage as "windows FrontPage".

Our web hosting environment is based on the Microsoft Windows environment. We offer information to help you get started and we love folks that use windows FrontPage, because we enjoy using it also.

Now just noticing the minor things doesn't make or break a company but it is obvious that they haven't made that big of a mark on the hosting business because so far, nobody has any knowledge of them.

what he means by the 'unlimited bandwidth' comment.
is that companies that offer unlimited bandwidth are
1. Lying to you, there is no such thing.
2. Not running a very responsible business

You should shy away from sites that offer this

Sites that offer unlimited bandwidth usually arent the best of hosts.


Nobody knows them, not a good sign to go to a hosting company when you dont have feedback on them.


Frontpage.
Doesnt really mean anything, but to me thats unprofessional, and cheap. (Many have a different point of view on this matter, though most would agree its pretty cheap).


No Phone support.

No, i dont have experience with them, but i can assure you taht ive been searching packages for 6months now, to see what hosts offer these days, and you can do alot better.

Unless you find one of their customers and see if their offer reliable services, i would stay away.

As I have said, I understand all about "unlimited bandwidth," people’s opinions on this matter, and all other aspects of what their web site says and what opinions that might generate. As I asked, "Anyone know anything about them (beyond what it says on their web site)?" If you have experience or actual information related directly to this host to present, it would be more than welcome.

I fully understand that 99.999% of the people who read this will not have been hosted by the company in question. I, as I have explained, would like to hear from the possible 0.001% that has "experience" with this particular host or information, actual fact not assumption, “beyond what it says on their web site” which I have read.
