System Admin / Tech Support

REPONSIBILITIES:
You will be doing support via Helpdesk, Email and you will Maintain and monitor multiple Linux servers remotely from different data centers ensuring system and network security and stability. Install, troubleshoot and maintain MYSQL databases and various 3rd party apps (Hosting Control Panels etc.) for customers when necessary. Be able to assist a wide range of customers in a friendly and courteous manner,from those with very little computer knowledge to tech and resellers hosting multiple domains. You would be answering support questions via helpdesk and email. You will be helping out and clients problems that they have. This means you will be fixing problems that clients are having. QUALIFICATIONS
Must be knowledgeable of and have experience with:

Linux
Apache
DNS
Sendmail
CGI
MYSQL
Cpanel/WHM
Working time 8am-5pm and 5pm-12am and 12am-8am.

When you start it be only 1 server you will be managing and it be 1-2 for a few months. :) Are servers are already fully managed by nocster you will just be there to fix any clients problems and and issues that arise and helpdesk , email support!

We have one more spot open for 10pm-8am. This spot will be a nice support time for anyone in other countrys. This spot does not need you to be on the FULL 10 hours. Only on and off every hour or so to check helpdesk,email and watch and see if there are problems with server / watching for anything going wrong.
