***** needs to cut the sh*t and face the truth -- THEY SUCK AND ARE A FRAUD!

Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record with the Bureau due to unanswered complaints.

Based on my memory, and about 50,000 pages of WHT forums :eek:, this is the REAL *****...

It seems that NOW ***** is MISLEADING customers by not revealing their TRUE background. Am I correct in saying that this is not only unethical, but also ILLEGAL?! :eek2: :uhh:

Doesn't ***** still have a lawsuit pending here in Tarrant County?

Of course, I didn't hear about all this until after I signed up with them. And yes, *****'s BBB report is indeed with the one here in Fort Worth. Since they are located here in Tarrant County, the Fort Worth BBB handles their reports - and if you try calling another BBB, they redirect you to the Fort Worth BBB.

Another funny thing I noticed, ***** deleted all their network issues up to 8/1. Guess they didn't want to scare anyone by all the issues they've had recently. :rolleyes:

If you go here: http://search.bbb.org/national/results.html?tabletouse=phone_search&phone=817-868-6999 you can search the national database which will get you to the Fort Worth BBB.

I get the same error message. Tried searching from bbb.org and got the same result.

Almost certainly not true. After my one disasterous month with ***** I found literally dozens of people who had experienced similar problems, NONE of whom had complained to any local or state authority.

WHEN ANY BUSINESS RIPS YOU OFF, PLEASE FILE COMPLAINTS!! If you don't, you do a disservice to every customer who comes after you, whom you might've warned...
