I have an hosting contract in Italian but cost me a lot to translate
so I'm thinking to buy a tos template for hosting
web design and programming to use with U.S. customers.

You shouldn't "copy" a TOS. Since a TOS is a legally binding contract, you should consult legal advice before consenting to a Terms of Service. Having your lawyer draft a TOS for you is always a good idea.
