It's the 4th day now since I made the ns changes at netsol.

It on Redhat 7.1 with plesk.

I've never used plesk, but bind is bind. That looks nothing like my bind zone files - is this extract from plesk or your zone files?

Yes it is, I just copy and paste it here.

Have you checked the log files? Usually the log files(messages) will report about bind and say if the domain has errors and can not be accepted. That would seem like the best way to trouble shoot this.

I never used Plesk. but this work for everything :)
Try a Nslookup from a shell in your server, for your domain and your Nameservers.
If that show the correct IP, then.. you have to wait :bawling:

It is due to the soa settings?

Works for me too.
But is odd that you can't resolve your domain through a nslookup

He does not have an A record for dns1 and dns2 point to their IP#'s in his zone files.

I made some changes it now it worked.

Change from IP from 209.217.52.118 to 209.217.52.115

Change Hosting from IP Based to Name-Based

You should add an "A" record for dns1.certifyexpress.com to point to 209.217.52.116 and dns2.certifyexpress.com to point to 209.217.52.117 in your plesk DNS are for that domain. There is no listing for these in your zone file for that domain, and there needs to be. They are currently being resolved via the root nameserver database and not throuoght your nameservers.
