Can anyone tell me about the quality of services that site5.com provides?

Can you tell me that what is their CGi Timeout and Do They restrict Everyauction 1.5 from their servers.....

And Most .... what is the quality of their support

Some people in this forum have complained about their pre-sales support (unanswered emails etc.). Their customer support is great as is their service in general.

As for the timeout: which scripts to you intend to run? For technical details you should send an inquiry directly to sales@site5.com.

Yeah site5 is really great, They quickly handle issues, and keep everything running. It helps that their admins know their stuff really well.

As Chicken would say, click Search (on the top right of the screen) and type in "Site5" and any variations of that :D

I have two accounts with Site5 and would agree with most on this board. They are probably the best hosting company I've dealt with and they have very exceptional support. Basically, to put it this way, I sent an inquiry through their e-mail support system regarding when the FrontPage 2002 Extensions would be installed. They replied less than 12 hours later to let me know that they didn't have a set date but would get them done within the next week. They then mentioned that the support ticket would stay open until they were installed and that they would contact me once this was completed. Many other hosts just wait til the work is finished to reply even once.

This level of support has never faded, either. I wish you luck in your search for a good host and believe that Site5 is a good pick no matter what.
