I'm asking this for a friend.

Are there any Texans here familiar with the process and fees involved?

Also is this the correct form (http://www.sos.state.tx.us/corp/forms/304.pdf)?

Thanks,
Ross

No, thats not the right form. http://www.sos.state.tx.us/corp/forms/205.pdf is the right form and you have to pay $200. The instructions are pretty clear on the first page.

All an LLC in Texas requires is a one-page form and a $200 check. Plus a 37-cent stamp.

Those incorporation services are one of the biggest ripoffs on the net IMO.
