A human cannot create true bitmap images...
And yes, after having modified this image using my graphic editor, I have full copyright of this image. I have no intentions to use non-commercial images in my templates.

The image is a design made by other designer, you took a copyright material and claim it as your own.

This is bascialy ripping and you know it.

Um.. being a "guru wannabie" is just a Rank placed by WHT! It has nothing to do with the user. It simply detects the amount of posts you've contributed on WHT and gives you a rank.

Just thought i'd clarify this. Also, if a person takes an image (be it copyrighted or not) and modifies it enough so that it has no 100% resemblance to the original then it cannot be considered as a RIPP! The original graphic in this context will simply be used as a source of "inspiration"!
