I am kind of a newbie to the whole webhosting scene (have been hosted before, but this is the first time i have a reseller package) so bare with me. I registerd 2 domains yesterday. today i got the confirmation that they where succesfully registerd. but when i create an account with the domain specified the browser says it cant find the domain......if the domain is registerd the domain is automaticly active right away or am i wrong here....

help is much appreciated

The domain will take 2-3 days to "resolve" and be viewable to everyone around the internet.

If you can contact the host, tell them this, and either they can push it through, or can add the domain later.

Worst comes to worst just wait out the time. ;)

BTW: What's your domain? I'll see if it's available from here.

You have to wait for it to resolve like xie said, but you also have to have the domain point to your nameservers for it to resolve to the account you setup for it.

You will need to log into your domain account and change the nameservers from to the server your reseller account is on.
