Anyone know of a source for SLA/QOS/AUP/Contract Templates?

Hi:

This is something that you really need to discuss with your vendor/host *and* an attorney. One of the worst things you could do, is follow a template, and end up either not properly covering yourself, or worse, locking yourself into a legal agreement that works against you instead of in your favor.

Don't get me wrong, I know what you are talking about. I have yet to set up my own (still starting out) and was looking to do the same, but the risk is too great.

See what your host has. Sometimes, they will be gracious and make thiers available to you. Don't just assume this, since they may have a copyright on this info/documents.

I don't know if they have the *exact* forms you want, but they do have lots of forms available for download.

Thanks guys.. But in the last month since the first post I've already found an attorney to handle this for me..
